Sales Policies
ON ALL MODEL KITS AND COLLECTIABLES WE DO NOT TAKE
RETURNS... or GIVE REFUNDS... ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Orders are fully insured so damage claims must be directed
to UPS, USPS or FedEX. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All sales are final. Remember we do our best to
inspect each model kit or collectiable. Most model kits are garage
kits and made from resin. Usually these kits do have imperfections
and even at times possiably chips or cracks or even broken or
missing parts. We have no controll over these kits but will do our
best to show you photos and answer questions about all the resin or
cold cast garage model kits we sell. DO NOT BUY THESE KITS
unless you are a skilled modler and know how to either repair
cracked pieces or even build up on pieces that may be missing.
Some model kits and collectiables we sell are from private 3rd party collections. Mostly all model kits and toys that we sell are old, rare and not in
production and are not in new condition. Old and rare Toys are all photographed so ask questions.
we do our best to inspect each and every model kit and collectiables
that we sell and sometimes we may miss something. REMEMBER All sales
are final. So make sure what you are buying is really what you want.
